A MOTHER'S WORRY!! IT NEVER ENDS!! PLEASE ASSURE ME!!

hi ladies....I know i am a "worry freak"..

okay..just a little short post...I need re assurance!!
THIS IS why I have done another post sooo soon!! WORRIED!!!
as you all know...my eldest son has been studying in Japan since last september..and is due to come home shortly...
BUT alas...19 yo son...still waiting to start his 3 rd year at uni in melbourne (jeez..i think he has been on holidays for 6 months already)...

OKAY...he usually skiis in Nth America during our summer..BUT with his elder brother in Japan...He is now going to fulfill his skiing FETISH in JAPAN!!
SO i have BOth MY GORGEOUS boys skiing in Japan...catching internal Japanese flights..hitting the skii fields...
BOTH TOGETHER...AND I AM kind of BESIDE myself.. BE CAREFUL...dont ski outside the limits...eat properly...dont do anything silly!!

AM I NORMAL?? or just a NORMAL MUM?

I would rather they were BOTH LIttle BOYS...LIVING AT HOME..UNDER MY CONTROL..

BUT I KNOW THAT IS SILLY!! BUT I STILL WORRY ABOUT EVERYTHING..

I THINK THIS STAGE OF A MOTHER'S LIFE IS actually MORE demanding & scary than when they were little people...
AND of course at this age...MUM's opinion is a little LESS effective...

hope both BOYS stay safe...

I cannot wait until they both come home safe & sound..

ps.some photos of christian skiing...he is good...BUT NOT PERFECT gonzo!@

silly old mum....XXXXXXXXXX andrea...tjhe eternal worrier!!

That's what mums do Andrea - we worry. My mum worries about me, I worry about my girls and I guess one day they will worry about their kids.

Keeping my fingers crossed that both of your boys stay safe.
Hugs,
Kerryanne

Awww you are such a sweet mum!
I agree with Kerryanne though, all mums worry. My mum still rings up so see if we are OK, I nag my girls & hopefully they will do the same if they have kids of their own!!!
I hope the boys have a blast & I'm sure they will look after each other really well.

You are soooo very Normal...Well the kind of normal that comes with being a Mum.
It shows just how deeply your Motherly instincts are.
I will always worry bout my kids...Always.
It is just part of what we do

Hi Andrea, i think the worry probably never ends. My mum still worries about me (and dad too) and i am 42 and they are in their 80's!! I think you have to think to yourself that you have brought up 2 great kids and be happy they are out there having these great adventures whilst they are young. p.s when are you due to come up?

Dsn't matter how old or big they get - we never stop worrying.
I think that is part of motherhood.

Oh Andrea they will be fine, think of the experience they are getting, seeing different parts of this big wide world. Mums are allowed to worry, we all do, but they will be fine Sweet.
