I have now discovered FACEBOOK.....much to my original chagrin...
I was NEVER going to go onto facebook..

I kind of hated it....

he is nearly 13 yo's old...totally blind...& totally confused in the LONG LONG grass~~!!@!@

I am re invigorated for the 2012 YEAR~~
with my first mission having a business Facebook page now on line..

Just showing some photos of some of the YUMMY goodies i purchased a few weeks ago on my little week long trip to Japan..

surprisingly I found lots of lovely shabby chic/french chic goodies...
ranging from lovely books, to crochet doilies ... to scrumptious little curtains..fab stamp sets...eye glasses case...tote bags (which i am re purposing with crochet bits & pieces)..

Hi ladies~~~

Well i am back from an AWESOME week in Japan~~~

whilst sitting in the lounge waiting for my flight home yesterday, i was reading the Melbourne paper...
"The Herald Sun"....

& to my HUGE SURPRISE my AWESOME 88 yo dad was featured on the 13th?? page...

I got such a SHOCK....!!

DAD didn't tell me he was going to be in the news..../paper...

AHH!!~~ my phone was flat & I couldn't ring anyone....

SOO my 88 yo dad (whose knee had been broken etc re previous posts)...

IS BACK fighting FIT & well & swimming...

So this news article is for him being the ELDEST competitor in the upcoming "PIER TO PUB" swim...
THE world's LARGEST ocean swim..

This is DAD's 10th consecutive swim....
(he has been featured before on the front page of "THE AGE" newspaper back in 2009)...

GO DAD....!!!

HE IS A LEGEND!!~~~~~~
