Hello again ladies...
OKAY i think i did a post many a while ago re my VAST magazine collection..
(this is a TINY snippet thereof from my FRONT ROOM collection of mags in bookcase..)...
includes the following magazines...
Australian COUNTRY STYLE...
INSIDE OUT...
HOME BEAUTIFUL...
COTE SUD...
COTE OUEST..
English HOMES & GARDENS...
& LOTS MORE...
BUT with my BOOKCASE in my front room kind of FULL....
DO i just keep them sitting there...??
looking NICE...
gaining dust...
BUT NOT reading again??
OR DO I BITE THE BULLET & SELL THEM...??? send to the OP SHOP??
& then PLACE other stuff in the vacant space left...??
that is my little mundane MONDAY dilemma...sorting out my MAGAZINES!!!
HEY these mags fill the space...look fab....BUT just sitting there....
COULD I replace them with MORE books???
which i have heaps of in another room?
some more photo frames???
OBJECT D'ARTS???
MMMM!!!
I DO HATE selling off my magazines...(well ones I have had for sooo long)..
BUT when does it end???
"OHH... TO SELL... OR NOT TO SELL??"....
Kind of like a MINI ROMEO & JULIET theme??
"where for out thou"....
OR where "should GO thou"...
in magazine language???..
xx andrea

Hi Andrea, I too have had a dilemna about whether to sell magazines or what to do with them, because before you know it, they are everywhere you look, in every room, in every nook. I went through mine and kept my favourites, others that only had a page or two of things i love, i ripped out and put into a scrap book. The rest i sold. Well, some i gave to friends. Good luck with your dilemna.
HI Andrea, it is hard to part with them isn't it. Maybe offer some to your local Doctors surgery, there magazines are usually so old, then spread them around a few Op Shops.
I have been doing that with some of mine.

My Mum has home beautifuls dated back to early 80's and she has the very same dilemma.
I would if you choose for them to go ....Ebay them then giveaway/donate if they don't sell.
Or just keep them!!!
It truly is a dilema Andrea and one that many of us are faced with.
When I moved interstate last year I had to make the tough decision - pack and take or CULL. Realistically, I had to cull. I chose very carefully which ones to take and which ones to get rid of and so far haven't looked back. Now I am starting a new collection - LOL.
