I went vintage/flea/junk market hunting yesterday and found lots of lovely goodies..

I did buy lots & lots of GORGEOUS crochet linen & lace...BUT dont want to bore you with tooooo much stuff.!!!

OHHH!! tomorrow is saturday...so maybe a LITTLE tad more JUNK market/garage sale HUNTING???

OOHH!! MY "CHANEL" TATTOOS & LITTLE "BLACK DRESS" VIGNETTE???

Hello ladies....I have had a BIT of fun today playing around with my gorgeous array of the latest CHANEL body ART...aka...FAKE TATTS!!

I LOVE LOVE these tattoos...I am wearing them on my upper left arm..& lower leg...just above the ankle..

AND they are lasting through my TWO showers per day...(3 when i play tennis on monday/wed/friday)..

SOO THEY are SOO AWESOME...

& I have had SOO many friends etc stop me in the street asking me ...

"WHEN did you get this tattoooooo????????"....

they are all a bit taken a back when I tell them it is a FAKE!!!!

ANYWAY... a few birthdays ago..my hubby bought me a gorgeous little "HATBOX" case full of cute little cards...entitled.....

"I JUST LOVE THAT HAT" by Robyn Johnson.

& TODAY I found the MOST gorgeous MATHCING box of cards by her...

"I JUST LOVE THAT LITTLE BLACK DRESS"....

SOO NOW I HAVE..

the fake chanel tatts....

the lovely HAT cards.

the divine LITTLE BLACK dress cards...

I now need to put it all...kind of into practice...

that is...wear THE hat with THE dress with THE tatts!! (REAL items)...

MMM!!

i dont go out much these days with both boys no longer NEEDING me for school functions...

Next option is my birthday...but that AINT until OCTOBER!!

OH WELL!! i shall just look at the little cards...wear the tatts...& dream on!!

MY MAGAZINE DILEMMA? OH !! TO SELL OR NOT SELL...THAT IS THE QUESTION!!..

OKAY i think i did a post many a while ago re my VAST magazine collection..

(this is a TINY snippet thereof from my FRONT ROOM collection of mags in bookcase..)...

& LOTS MORE...

BUT with my BOOKCASE in my front room kind of FULL....

DO i just keep them sitting there...??

looking NICE...

gaining dust...

BUT NOT reading again??

OR DO I BITE THE BULLET & SELL THEM...??? send to the OP SHOP??

& then PLACE other stuff in the vacant space left...??

that is my little mundane MONDAY dilemma...sorting out my MAGAZINES!!!

HEY these mags fill the space...look fab....BUT just sitting there....

COULD I replace them with MORE books???

THURSDAYS GOODIES...LOTS OF NEW BOOKS!!

Hi ladies...I CANNOT believe HOW HOT it is still in Melbourne in late April..!!

PHEW!!! I have the air conditioning pumping away as I think it must be about 30 degrees (celcius).....which I LOVE...

anyway....today I have been busy listing some EBAY goodies as I have been a little remiss with that the last few days....(YES!! too much cleaning!)...

I have some FAB NEW books...from the LATEST "Where women create"...by Jo Packham..

to another great NEW book by Kaari Meng.."Treasured Notions"....

& LOTS of other bits & bobs...from my vintage little coasters/placemats/pink dyed crochet doilies/italian framed prints/vintage little dolls prams/head...etc ...

soo just thought i should TRY to show you some lovely photos of what I have been doing today!!!

pps..."TRY" being the operative word!! its all out of sequence again...with photos ALL over the place..

I am ON THE VERGE of giving UP!!

RE ARRANGING MY WHITE KITCHEN..AGAIN!!

Hello ladies...

Well another magnificent day in Melbourne with the temp a very comfy 27 degrees...

How awesome is that for mid/late autumn?? in Melbourne??...

Anyway...after the Pink Poodle's tea party the other week..(previous blog).....I kind of had to change the table..??

CANNOT stay PINK for too long with a house of MEN!!

(although it did stay like this for Christians 21 st on sunday when he had his mates over!! they were watching the F1 Grand Prix...so didnt mind the PINK table...we hope???))).....

Anyway once I start...OH WELL... I might as well give the kitchen a GOOD GOOD clean.

(I cannot believe how quickly it all becomes yucky?? greasy??...OR is it just MY kitchen??)..

SOO i have been ALL day...cleaning...changing things around...

bread Bin looks pretty clean!!! just gotten rid of SOOOOO many CRUMBS!

STILL NOT finished YET as .....

OVEN TO CLEAN...YUKKY!!!! YUKKY!!!

ALL the white emperite cabinets have to be cleaned...

I have made the table a LITTLE FOODIE table for this week..

What with my FAV FRUIT OF ALL TIME NOW IN SEASON!!!

MANDARINS!!!

Mr Christian's APPLES ...bananas...

& my cherry tomatoes which I just HAVE to munch on every time I walk past...

I have place MOST of the PINK thingeys from the tea party onto the bottom shelf of my hutch..(tooo lazy to carry them elsewhere)...BUT a change is as good as a holiday..??

& lastly...my hubby always hates that the cup/saucers etc when he wants a cup of tea..are elsewhere in the kitchen..

OOHH!! poor baby has to walk around a bench to get them...!!

OKAY..I have put his teaspoons...cup/saucers/plates RIGHT next to the kettle so HE DOESN'T have to move an inch!!

I also put my "wooden" kitchen goodies together in a theme!!

& OOHHH!! sorry forgot to say...HOW ORGANISED DOES MY PANTRY LOOK??

SOO quick post...back to finish the BIG KITCHEN CLEAN!!

PPS...sorry again photos are all out of sequence...every time i try to change them the computer shuts down..

I think I may have to listen to MR BYRON..computer expert..who WANTS me to get an APPLE computer etc...(maybe cos he works part time at their store??)...BUT he promises me I could have a great web site with my business name..

OOHH!! I am a scaredy cat re NEW technology...

that may be another blog in itself..
