I have been painting....MOD PODGING....and everything else !!~~
I had a lovely BIG white vintage frame with a ballet print inside..
Took out the print..
& the glass...
& bought some framing wire...(got my dad to staple gun it for me)..
& Have hung some GORGEOUS VINTAGE doilies therefrom...
Bundled up lots of vintage books...tied with vintage crochet cloth edgings..
'De- nuded" some others & tied with string..
re painted a cute little cabinet ....& embellished with doilies & buttons..
SO it is now "THE VINTAGE DOILEY CABINET"!!~~
Lots happening...& starting to take some shape...
now off to do some more bits & pieces..

Love how you are using all those crochet things. It always makes me kind of sad to see them at thrift store, imagining that someone once made them and cherished them. I hope they make a big come back in style.
Gosh you do a lot of work for this fair. Guees it keeps you out of mischief??
