OOOOHHH!!! I DO LOVE A GOOD THUNDERSTORM!!

Hi ladies...
well sitting at my laptop on my frenchy little table AND have just LOVED the BIG thunderstorm passing through...
I love thunder and lightening...dark clouds...THAT eerie feeling ..

I guess as we DONT get it that much here in Melbourne...when we dOOO i LOVE IT!!

although i must admit I have just rung christian who is playing GOLF!! of all things in this weather...left him a message to stop playing..but havent heard back from him...so i guess he has his phone in his buggy & is safe & sound!!
It has now passed through...BUT she was a beauty...lightening...thunder...& in between I am listing goodies on ebay & watching the aussies playing cricket against the west indies on the tv in the other room!!

I JUST LOVE watching the BIG gorgeous CONTAINER SHIP passing by....& slowing fading away in the background against the storm..last photo shows how she is almost "GONE"!!!.../not visible...
the pleasures of living by the BAY in beautiful Melbourne!!

the scenery is every changing...I LOVE IT!!

Wow Andrea, is that seriously your view! You lucky thing you.
I love a good storm myself although must admit that I find the Aussie weather kind of scary. In Wagga Wagga we used to get thunder storms with no rain that would go all night, freaky. I used to lie in bed with my fingers in my ears and my eyes screwed shut tight, haha.

Hi Andrea,
I too love thunder storms & watching the lightning. We got a good one up here about 7pm last night, it was a welcome relief & certainly cooled things down.
Will have to have a look at your ebay listings tonight when I have more time.
Hugs,
Sarah

Hi Andrea

I just got home before the storm, I could see it in my mirror following me as I was driving!
Going to be more of the same today

Great photos

I used to love a good thunderstorm, but up here in the hills it means a good flooding, running around the house with buckets, mopping water out of downstairs, blocked drains and 50 foot trees coming down across the top of your house like my friend Kaz's place!!! And Daisy who is terrified ending up in my bed clinging to me like a sweaty limpet!!!And my dog going nuts!!!
I did love a good thunderstorm once.........

Enjoy!!!
