Whoa Andrea, that foot of yours sure did swell up! I did a similar thing at netball years ago and never bothered to get physio...it seized up and the ensuing physio treatment was REALLY painful.
You do such a good job dyeing. Do you use your washing machine or do it by hand in a tub?

Arrrrrhhhhh Your foot looks alot swollen.
TRhat rosey tin is exactly the same as one my 85 year old Granny has for Brown sugar.
She only stores in Glass or tin...No tupperware for her! lol!
Get that foot back to normal soon...xox

Hi Andrea,
Oh dear me, OUCH, that ankle and foot looks sore.
You poor sausage, especially in this heat.
Remember to wiggle your toes, while your foot is up and resting-you don't want blood clots!
If there is anything I can do, just holler!
Have a relaxing weekend.
Hugs,
Anna
