SATURDAY'S EBAY LISTINGS..EASTER EGGS??!!~~~

Hi everyone..quick little post of what I am doing this saturday...& NOPE IT AINT cleaning!!~~~

that will be TOMORROW.....just before MR B arrives home at around 10.00 pm..

As I have mentioned many a time before, I have soooooo much STUFF!!!

So today I figured i should try & sell my lovely EASTER EGG decorations I have had sitting around for some time..

Lovely faux eggs..in blues/pinks/greens..

BIG & SMALL....

they make a nice display in a jar as is...(forget about it being Easter)!!

anyway...Happy EASTER!!!!!!!!~~~~~~ lol...

"THE DOMESTIC GODDESS" THEME CONTINUES!!!~~???

Hi again ladies, I guess you are becoming quite bored with my postings kind of 3 x days in a row...??

Well what else is a middle aged woman to do??

So today I have been buying some GORGEOUS SPRING FLOWERS...white/cream in colour of course...ranuculars...double headed jonquils??

Gorgeous scented perfume stick thingeys?? love their smell...!!~~

You ALL KNOW i am a bit "fussy" with having a clean house...(say NO MORE)...But with Mr B coming home I am EXTRA kind of fussy....I just love it to be nice & clean for him...

I have NO idea why really...Just my little thing...MMMM!!~~

anyway with dad gone home I can finally put cushions back on a couch which dad used to lie on watching tv...

I am just waiting for MR C to get out of bed to help me MOVE the big persian rug...too heavy for me alone...

It annoys me NO END as it keeps creeping up on end..& up the bloomin wall?? and I am worried dad may trip over it..

what is it with these rugs..so heavy in themselves & with a table on top..that they can "secretly MOVE??".....

cooked a lovely chicken under its cover!! & a yummy BIG bowl of minestrone soup...

Put up a nice white roses canvas print in the downstairs "LOO"...

So i have been quite the "domestic goddess" (yet again!!) today...

Plus just received my latest issue of "Where women Create" mag from the USA, so I shall be devouring that later on this evening...

shall blog again soon!!!~~~ (only if you want me to??)...

plus dont you just LOVE the cover of the May/June issue of VICTORIA mag??

MY "BOYS" BEDROOMS...

Hello again all ladies...

Well per last post my 23 yo son is coming home for a few days as he lives in another state..

My dad actually stayed in Mr B's room whilst recovering from his new knee surgery.

But with MR B due home on Sunday I have given HIS room a BIG clean as well as buying some NEW bedlinen...

Mr B's bedroom is the first LOT of photos...including his sooo cute little photo when a 2 yr old with his cherub lips & red hair!!

I think he was a total little cutie...?? MMM!! what is he now???

A BIG CUTIE!!~~~~~~

OKAY...CANNOT clean ONE childs room without cleaning MR C's room...

MR C is the one with the BIG SKI muscles..!!~~~

MR C's bedroom is the LAST 5 x photos..~!!!

His new ski helmut & goggles sitting there..

BUT MORE importantly..I have his DEGREE framed..& sitting on his pillow case when he comes home.. (deliberately blurred for blog site)....

"WHERE I CREATE"!!~~ GETTING THERE...KIND OF!~~~

Hi again ladies re a start to another new week...

I am looking forward THIS week to my eldest son coming home next Sunday through till Tuesday as I haven't seen him since he was last in Melbourne in January to do a BIG BAY swim with my dad...

Soo I am REALLY LOOKING forward to him being home for a few days at least..

Its funny...when your "kids' are YOUNG...you kind of wish they would hurry up & grow up..

school runs/saturday morning sports/parent teacher interviews/concerts/never ending drive up to 6 times per day over the Westgate Bridge..

it sometimes felt like it would never end..

Dont get me wrong...I DID LOVE EVERY moment of it...especially as BOTH boys were "GOOD BOYS"...~~

AND when IT all ends...I did find myself at a kind of a loose END....?

what now...??

Still loving having MR C (21 yo) at home...looking after him..

Goodness knows what I would kind of do when he left home??

Soo when MR B comes home ONCE in a BLUE moon...

OUR family is back AS ONE...(assuming hubby will be home)..

So that is really LOVELY to have the 4 of US together....ALL at ONCE..at the SAME Time...

(that probably sounds a tad strange to some readers...BUT I have NOT had "OUR family" as ONE for a long time...differing commitments/uni schedules/living interstate etc)...

SOOO I am really looking forward to having Byron home...

& of course there is always an ULTERIOR motive....~~~!!!

Hey..he is the APPLE computer GURU....

I have been waiting for him to set up my website store..."THE VINTAGE HATBOX"...

to sell stuff...

SOOO I have been getting my WORK ROOM...come EBAY store room etc....

UP TO SCRATCH...

I have sooo much stuff...ALL over the place...

GETTING organised...

I need it looking good to take photos for the website store...

that has been my MONDAY.....(in between tennis of course!)..

LOVIN" MY YUMMY CANVAS IMAGES IN MY KITCHEN..??

Happy Father's Day to all in Australia on this Sunday...

just a quick aside...My gorgeous dad went "HOME" from our house on friday....

SO he is progressing slowly but surely with his new knee...(after being avec mois for some 4 months!!)..~~~~

Anyway....I LOVE LOVE these berry/herb prints/images on canvas ....

I have displayed them in my kitchen on a wall next to the fridge with a painted blackboard on the other side..

I CANNOT believe how they have kind of OPENED up the kitchen...

their photos are NOT DOING THEM JUSTICE!! they are JUST soo crisp & clear..

THEY are just so fresh/happy?? spring like...& ONLY $5.00 EACH...!!~~~

what a bargain?? (secret source!!)...

Even hubby just came home & to MY BIG SURPRISE LOVED THEM....(normally its NOT MORE STUFF ON THE WALLS??)..!~~~~~

I have cooked hubby a nice ORANGE cake...& bought him another BOOK for fathers day..

he is busy flying ALL the time..ALL over OZ...so he reads a book a flight!!

PLUS gave SOOTY a BIG BATH today...took forever to blow dry him...

BUT HOW Cute does this little fella look...??

I probably blog about SOOTY a tad more than a usual person would..BUT my eldest son lives interstate soo this is the only time he kind of gets to see him in between LONG HOME visits...
